Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship your order with our shipping partners DHL and GLS. We only ship by default to the countries listed below.
You can find the applicable shipping costs in the table below.

If you wish to ship to another country, please send us an email at service@helmtrophy.com and provide us with the item, quantity, and delivery address including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if applicable, inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about the shipping possibility and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

Information on Delivery Times

If you order multiple items from us as part of a single order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of prepayment, or on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day (Monday to Friday) after dispatch between 8 and 12:00 in Germany (excluding islands).
