Safety and health are the cornerstones on which our joint success rests. With this in mind, we have made a significant investment in the well-being of everyone who is part of our Helm Trophy family - whether as employees or visitors.
I am delighted to announce that last week we installed an automated external defibrillator (AED). This life-saving device is an essential part of our emergency equipment and, in an emergency, can save crucial minutes until professional help arrives
But an AED alone does not save lives. The knowledge and ability to use it correctly are just as important. That's why we have stepped up our efforts to offer regular first aid training for our team. This training ensures that our team is not only able to act correctly in an emergency, but also has the confidence to do so.
The Helm Trophy is about preserving the emotion of victory, and we firmly believe that the health and safety of each of you is the true victory. By taking these steps, we want to show that we care as much about the lives and health of our Helm Trophy family as we do about the joy of the victories we celebrate together.
