Why we address you as

Dear sports fans,

Have you ever wondered why we use the "you" at Helm Trophy? There are many good reasons for this, which go far beyond a simple language rule. We want to treat you as equals, as if we were part of your club or team. Whether as an athlete, coach or club member - there is no distance in sport, just mutual respect and solidarity. And it is precisely this feeling of solidarity that we want to reflect in our communication.

Why the "you" suits us perfectly

Sports clubs and their members have more in common than just a shared interest. They know each other, share successes and defeats, and often grow together over many years. This closeness and openness is also expressed in language. The "you" is simply part of it, because it creates a direct, personal approach. It brings us closer and makes communication more uncomplicated and friendly.

So when we are on a first-name basis with you, it means that we see you as a partner and part of our Helm Trophy community. You are not just customers - you are people with a passion that we share: the joy of success and celebrating special moments. With our Trophies and medals, we want to capture these emotions and bring them to life, and the best way to do that is to feel connected in language.

The "you" is no coincidence

We made a conscious decision to use the word "you". Because in our industry, which is closely linked to sport, the "you" would be an artificial distance that doesn't fit in with our philosophy. We want to be authentic, communicate with you on the same wavelength and create an atmosphere in which you feel understood and in good hands.

An invitation to dialog

I cordially invite you to get in touch with me and my team. Whether you have questions, suggestions or feedback - I look forward to hearing from you. Let's speak the language we all know from sport: personal, direct and respectful. Let's celebrate great moments together that will be remembered forever.

Best regards

Christian Helm
